Relocating to another State, is not an easy task, as most will say. But, my wife and I had the most pleasant experience working with Bellator. Terryl Reeves (Bellator Broker) took time out of his schedule to personally show us the Fairhope, Daphne, and Foley areas. He drove us to a different area each day, for four days, and we looked at 20 houses. During each day, Terryl shared the history of the areas we visited; gave us the pros and cons of each area and the local resources associated with each location. On the last day, we found our house. Terryl was our agent both for the purchase of our house in Spanish Fort in 2013 and sale in 2015. He understood what we were looking for and showed us properties that fit the requirements. He also suggested other properties to be sure we were not overlooking other options. This was helpful because it helped us be sure the house we selected was the right one for us. When I retired and we decided to move to be closer to our grandchildren he was the only person we considered to help us sell the house. He knew the market conditions and we decided to try to get as much for the house as we could. He did market research to help us establish a fair price which would preserve our value. Our situation changed and we needed to sell the house quickly to be free to build in our new location. He helped us come up with a price to move the house which is what it did within a couple of weeks. During the time the house was on the market we were living over 400 miles from Spanish Fort. We had a water leak while we were not at home on the weekend and he helped us respond to it very promptly and safely. All in all we think of Terryl not as a real estate agent but as a friend. We will be buying again in this area after we finish our house in the new location. We will once again ask Terryl to represent us.
